Our servers are hosted in secure data centres, which are monitored 24/7 by security cameras with access only available to data centre technicians by means of biometric authentication (fingerprint scans).
Furthermore, our servers are regularly patched to avoid security risks. Security hardening is also done on the servers at least once a month to get the server’s Firewall, Apache, PHP and MySQL up to the latest stable releases, which includes the necessary security fixes.
We also use CloudLinux as our Operating System in order to further separate user accounts from one another.
This adds another layer of security to our system to avoid cross-contamination between the different domains on the server.
Lastly, we regularly scan our servers for outdated scripts (ie. WordPress, Joomla, etc) and request our clients to update these to the latest available versions to avoid these instances to be exploited through vulnerabilities in previous versions.
