Technical support on demand
Our technical support services covers everything from hardware and software support to networking, internet connectivity, and website hosting support. Supported operating systems include Windows and Mac.
Our on-demand IT support hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with remote support available nationwide, and call-out support currently limited to the Gauteng area.
We are equipped to solve IT problems
Our policy-driven turnaround time for technical IT support is four hours. But with 90% of all support queries we get our clients back on track in 60 minutes or less. Our Maintenance Department with Qualified certified Engineers will take care of all your maintenance and repair services for all major brands of IT Hardware, Printers, PC’s and Notebooks.
Our Technicians can work on-site, or at our workshop, whichever you may require.
